I'm offering my tour to everyone who wants to connect with the city of Tartu - we walk through the National capital of Estonia, and I share both history, the modern culture, and trying my best to build connections with Estonia. Why? I want to connect with people on my tours, so I keep group sizes small. This creates a more engaging experience for the whole group! I believe in personalized service, and my groups can tailor tours to topics of interest. We keep in contact throughout the tour too! And as always - Pay per fun! The best part is that you tip at the end of the tour based on how much you enjoyed it!

Engaging, funny, full of interesting stories. You could tell he wanted to be there and was passionate about giving a great tour. Shared many recommendations with all the guests, from bars to hikes in nature. Stanislav’s depth of knowledge was impressive. Any topic that guests brought up, he could talk about. We learned so much and enjoyed a nice walk around the city. (Whoever wrote the one star review did a great disservice and should amend or delete it.)

Stas is an amazing host with a great sence of humour and really knowledgable. He even gave us Estonian treats! Getting a tour was a great decision because Taru is a small City and the tour helped us understand the history and decide which parts we'd like to explore further

We really enjoyed this tour. It was interesting and entertaining. Our tour guide Stanislav was very well informed and able to combine knowledge with a good portion of humor. Tartu is a city with a very rich history and this tour was perfect to dive deeper into it. We also really liked the side notes and anecdotes, eg about the university prison. Full recommendation!

We love doing walking tours all around the world and this was one of the very best. The guide, Stanislav, combined historical information with modern insights and quite a bit of humor. The two-hour tour lasted well over three hours but we didn't mind since it was all so enjoyable and interesting.
I'll start with the basics: where I come from and why I'm madly in love with Tartu, as well as the tour's goals!
I'll share a bit about the Estonian people, their identity, spirit, and fight for Independence, which made it possible for such a beautiful country to emerge and bloom!
We'll hit the road by crossing Arch Bridge and hear about the modern traditions and craziest, as well as talk about its grandparent—Stone Bridge, which was blown up by retreating Soviet forces.
Once we reach Town Hall square, we'll talk about Pisa Tower of Tartu and symbol of Tartu - Kissing Couple fountain.
After the square, we'll stroll through the oldest street in Tartu - Ruutli Street, and chat about some modern, fun stories and recommendations. We'll visit St. John church, and I'll introduce you to the concept of soviet anecdotes, where you laugh because it's true. At the end of the downtown walk-through streets, we'll visit the main building of the University of Tartu - the core establishment of Tartu!
We'll climb up the hill to learn about the Cathedral on the mountain, ghost stories and Edward von Lõngus. We'll also learn how the University of Tartu boosted studies of medicine and how one man saved the national treasure of Estonian - the national flag of Estonia.
We'll learn about the mysterious meeting of Oscar Wild and Eduard Wilde in 1890 somewhere in Paris and a pinch of Estonian humour, and you'll receive my recommendations on how to explore city futher.
