One of the best food tours!

This was one of the best food tours we have ever been on. Our guide, Sveva was so knowledgeable and helpful. We were a small group of 5 and went to the most creative restaurants with a great explanation of the food and customs of the area. We had a sampling which was not too filling and also learned so much history about the area.

We absolutely loved our food tour in Trieste! Every stop was delicious — fresh, local, and beautifully presented. Our guide was fantastic — so knowledgeable about both the food and the rich history of the city. I especially loved the farm-to-table focus; it really connected us to the region and its traditions. As a wonderful bonus, she even sent us a list of recipes afterward so we could recreate some of the dishes at home. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip — highly recommend it to anyone visiting Trieste!
