So cold. All most every guest had their jacket on for the Hole trip. Too loud music. Not worth the money at All. Would never recommend this to anyone.

I would not recommend this! We went for a Christmas Eve dinner cruise and fell in love with the photos and views online. Boy were we wrong. The boat on the outside is nice and looks inviting, but inside it was a hot mess. 1. The tables were so close together people could not pass between. We had to stand up any time people wanted to squeeze through. 2. Our waiter had NO CLUE about the wine list. He was not knowledgeable at all. He came a re-asked for our drink order (1 glass of Prosecco and 1 glass of Pinot Noir. Not difficult) 3 times and then brought out the wrong thing! 3. The food was subpar and not worth what we paid for in my opinion. 4. Since we went for Christmas Eve, I expected low Christmas music to get in the holiday spirit. Instead, the DJ played top 40 hits and it was SO loud. We couldn't hear each other talk. 5. The flow of sitting people and going through the buffet was unorganized. 6. They ran out of Pinot Noir in 10 minutes somehow? 7. The dessert tasted store bought and you could have gotten better dessert at a Golden Coral. 8. The water was the only safe thing to choose during this experience, but they never refilled mine. The only redeeming quality was the views. This tour would be great if you aren't from NY or even the US, but as someone who goes to NYC once a year and was super excited about this, I was very disappointed.
