We had a great time. Transportation was fast and easy. Getting into the House and Garden was fast as well because we did not need to buy tickets there. Overall good experience. Anthony was a great help as well. 5/5

Our Uber was stuck in traffic. I messaged what said was the tour operator but was not. They left without us and said had they got the message they would have waited. Suck poor service and not what I am used to from Viator.. I think I have to book now directly with the company so it is accurate information. HORRIBLE

Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry for the frustration you experienced. We understand how disappointing it is to miss a tour, especially when you made an effort to communicate. Unfortunately, it seems your message did not reach our team directly — had we received it in time, we would have done our best to assist or wait within reason. This is also why we strongly recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before departure, as traffic in Paris can be unpredictable and our tours must leave on time out of respect for all participants. Best regards,

The house is beautiful. The tour completely sucked. Nothing posted was provided. We had no time there and several points of interest were skipped. It said maximum 10 people. There were 40. So disgusted! Lunch at an old mill restaurant? Had no idea what we were talking about. I'm an experienced traveler and this one just boggles the mind!

Today we visited the village of Giverny and the house and gardens of Claude Monet. Beings somewhat of a philistine when it comes to art, the biggest private collection in the world didn't exactly float my boat but the gardens were certainly worth the trip out there. We booked the tour online from Melbourne and arranged pickup from our Air BnB. We shared a mini bus with a couple of South Africans and 4 Americans. Our tour guide for the day was Andre and he was a well seasoned professional. He knew exactly what he needed to do to ensure a good return of tips at the end of the day. He was genuinely a good communicator and friendly operator. Monet's gardens were something to behold. We are about a month too early for the water lilies but there were some that had opened early. The lakes must be impressive when they're in full bloom. The rest of the gardens are superb. Although they're French gardens, there are lots of what I'd just call English garden plants. Plenty of giant Poppies, Rhododendrons, Roses and hundreds of other species. The house was in good repair and impressive. It was a bit of a Fawlty Towers design though with lots of ups and downs (not unlike Shakespear's joint) The trip home was about 2 hours as traffic was pretty hectic. It was only about 80 Km from central Paris. I would definitely recommend this tour.
