The experience itself is unique but I would highly recommend not to book via this agency. The communication is extremely poor and frustrating. I had to proactively check the pick up time until I was told to pick up at 9am. On the day, I was standing outside where I stayed for 5 mins, no one came, nor no message received from the agency. When I messaged the agency, they said they are 20 mins late. Until 9:35am, no one is here. I called, he said he will be there in few mins and asked me to stand at the door. 10 mins later, he called and said he’s already there. No car there. I asked him where was he, he was at another place. The fact that I had confirmed the pick up since booking, then on WhatsApp few days before the event date. He then told me he would be there shortly. After x mins, he called and asked where I was again. He then find out he’s in Zimbabwe side while I am in Zambia side. I am speechless. At the end he arranged another driver to pick me up. But I wasted an hr + in my life that is completely unnecessary. There are many more agencies selling this experience at cheaper price. So I would personally recommend don’t go through the pain I did.

Great experience, bring shoes to walk in the water on stones. Take the chopper ride before. The boat ride there is cool as fk.
