We absolutely loved this tour! It was phenomenal. Our guide, Maki was charming & very knowledgeable. We learned so much from her! Absolutely, we never could’ve found our way to where she brought us. That was the special thing that we really appreciated. We’ll never forget this day! ????

We picked this company for an e-bike tour sort of last minute which worked out in our favor. Miki the tour guide and owner of the shop was amazing. She was full of energy and had lots of knowledge about the sights she took us to. We were a group of 4 adults and a 12yr old. Being able to travel all around on comfortable bikes with Miki was perfect for our group. We would not have been able to see all the things, especially the local coffee shop without her tour. We would highly recommend her tour.

This was a great tour and really lived up to its name of true Kyoto. Saw places I certainly would have never found by myself. Definitely the highlight of my time in Kyoto!

Thank you so much Nick for the great review! I had a great time with you guys too. Enjoy the rest of your trip and hope to see you again in Kyoto soon.
After being kitted out with your e-bike we will cycle for approximately 15 minutes to Heian Shrine. We will pedal through the iconic Torii gate as we make our way to some of Kyoto’s best secret gems.
After our cycle from Heian Jingu we will step into a quiet, tucked-away shrine steeped in the history of Shintoism. Here, you’ll explore age-old rituals and spiritual traditions that lie at the core of Japanese culture, all within a peaceful setting far from the usual tourist paths. From here, we’ll cycle a short way to a historic Zen temple, home to stunning gardens and its own peaceful bamboo forest—a beautiful retreat in true Kyoto!
After trying a local delicacy we will cycle to one of the oldest and most historic shrines in Japan. We will then cycle for approximately 20 minutes along the Kamo River back to the bike shop where before leaving I can give local recommendations for the rest of your time in beautiful Kyoto.
