Amazing. Knowledgeable tour guide who kept things interesting and funny. Andrea was an absolute gem. She simplified things perfectly, kept pace without rushing, and always stopped when there were issues with the audio. We learnt so much about the history of the city that benefitted the rest of our stay.

The guide was a charming florentine local.He had a great understanding of history and art and brought the city to life with his insights .He also had lots of tips for local food and less crowded attractions.He even looked like a Renaissance man !

It was easy to understand, provided interesting facts and pointed out many points of interest. Our guide spoke very clearly and kept the tour interesting. He had a great sense of humour and clearly loved to share his knowledge. I am happy that we attended. I learned a lot! Totally worth it. We did this tour and the beginning of our stay.
