1. Driver was late to pick us up by 8minutes with no apology 2. He was rude, combative, and raised his voice several times to talk over us. Not flexible or accommodating when we first met him. Horrible initial experience/demeanor. 3. There were dirty/used waters in the back seat which he cleaned while we were there, not before. 4. He parked far away for all experiences so we had to walk and find him. Not a true private driver or ideal experience. This wasted time and should have been door to door. 5. Knew nothing about the area and offered no guidance. This was not a “private tour” but a private driver. When asked, “what church is that?” His response was “every town has a church, it’s not a famous one.”

Thank you for your 5 point review. I simply do not understand how to respond to you. you are giving 5 negative points of a driver who picked you up from Oxford and instead of dropping you back to Oxford, he brought you all the way to London and dropped you without charging a single penny extra. Just because you wanted to go to Jane Austin House in Manchester as part of this tour, you decided to give us a bad review. (Manchester is 121 Miles from where you were). You did not take into consideration that this driver took you everywhere including Blenheim palace also which was an extra site for this tour. After dropping you off in London you thanked him for all his help and advice. And now you have decided to give bad review. i do not know what to say. he has done these tours hundreds of time. him not knowing the area is untrue. he can do these tours with his eyes shut, he is one of the most professional and helpful driver I have known. so I think you need to review your 5 points and try and find something else to complain about.

EXPLORE COTSWOLD
Cotswold stone towns and villages. There is so much history to take in that you’ll be sure to find a historic story that rewards your interests. 'Cotswolds' is a combination of two very old English words. Everyone's pretty much agreed that 'Wolds' are gentle hills. And most people agree that 'Cots' are sheep enclosures. So 'Cotswolds' probably just means an area of gentle hills with plenty of sheep around. The Cotswolds hills are criss-crossed with dry stone walls. The picturesque Cotswold landscape is completed with hidden river valleys and distinctive market towns and villages made of the famous Cotswold stone. Many Cotswold villages have enigmatic names such as The Slaughters, Stow-on-the-Wold,
