Fraser was a charismatic, witty and knowledgeable host of our chocolate tasting tour. 1.5 hours was a perfect amount of time to learn some history of Brussels and absorb all the chocolate details he shared. We tasted chocolates from 4 different chocolatiers (2 at each spot and ice cream) and learned so much about the families, businesses and origins of their specific businesses. Highly recommend!
