What a great tour. The group was small so we had a very intimate time. Courtney did a marvelous job. She shared a lot of history and exposed us to Scottish food and drink some of which we had never had before. The haggis was outstanding! Make sure that you come hungry as you will leave more than full!

Brilliant, we're really pleased to hear you had a good time on our Edinburgh tour and had some new experiences! Great to hear you loved the haggis, it's a real treat!

Good snacks to try with plenty for the whole group. Interesting history and nicely paced (not too fast or too slow). Tour guide was excellent and well informed. My only issue is that this tour is listed as wheelchair accessible but unfortunately it isn’t as there is a large set of steps to go down, hilly areas, and tight seating in restaurants that don’t seem equipped to handle wheelchairs.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a lovely review! We're so pleased to hear you had a good time on tour with us. We appreciate you bringing accessibility issues to our attention, we will review this going forward and make sure we improve on this going forward, thank you.

Brilliant tour around the old town with excellent food and drink along the way. Tour lead James was great in providing Edinburgh knowledge with expertise from his career in the food and drink industry. Certainly would recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Thank you so much for your kind review. I'll pass this onto our guide who will be thrilled to know you had a good time.
Our whole tour is in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle, talking about some of the history surrounding it and viewing from 3, less seen aspects.
We spend some time eating in the historic Grassmarket, the centre of ancient Edinburgh's civic life. Here, we reveal a bit of the history and the strong links with the food and drink culture of Edinburgh.
Wandering up here to continue our tour, stopping for some light bites and coffee on the most photographed street in Edinburgh! Some say it's the inspiration for Diagon Alley in Harry Potter? We're not so sure...
Edinburgh's main concert hall but how old is it really and what significance does it have to Edinburgh's food and drink? We have our first bite to eat and a drink here as well.
The bustling road below the Castle, we stop here for coffee roasted in Edinburgh.
The world's first skyscraper? Linked for centuries with traders and drinks merchants.
We walk a the Royal Mile pointing out areas of interest before finishing with food and drink at the end of it in one of the historic little alleyways coming off Old Edinburgh's main thoroughfare.
We pause outside to discuss what ties together this church, Mary Queen of Scots, Sirloin Steak and the car park at the back? Intrigued? You should be.
On Saturday's only! We stop off to meet some of the producers of amazing Scottish produce, sample their goods and hear their story. A proper 'behind the scenes' opportunity for anybody that likes their food.
Drink one of the most unique and quintessentially Scottish beers you'll find accompanied by a delicacy that's origins might surprise you to find are not as Scottish as they seem.
We'll introduce to some Scottish street food and the suppliers behind them whose passion and love for what they do shines through into their food.
3 Scottish cheeses, oatcakes and a surprise exclusive addition? It must a treat from a venerable Scottish institution.
Here we end the tour with a visit to a couple of location, close to each other but matched by the quality of tradition food on offer. we'll make sure you go home well fed and watered as we try Cullen Skin (a traditional soup) Cranachan (a cream and fruit based desert) get a bit of whisky tasting going and, of course, haggis!
