With less than 24 hours to go before the trip we had planned with this Enterprise from Paris Beauvais Airport to Disneyland, we are cancelled without any explanation and are left lying around with no alternative. They try to contact them through their website and casually when they write a complaint an error jumps and does not let send it. Like the emails that go out on their website, where they are written asking for explanations and other alternatives, and as on their website, they ignore them.
