Great professionalism and great availability by the guide, who led the group to visit the artistic-cultural heart of Lucca in two hours and relive its history; a guided tour (optional) to the cathedral of San Martino is highly recommended. Absolutely to do it again.

We booked this tour from Lucca. We were picked up at our hotel by our lovely guide, Tania, around 8:00. She took us first to the charming San Gimignano and then to a beautiful vineyard in the Chianti region. We could taste amazing wines there, in addition to a delicious lunch. Tania then took us to the beautiful medieval city of Siena. We returned to Lucca around 6 p.m. Our guide, Tania, was very experienced and told us the story, the details and the information about every place it took us to. We even learned to taste wines properly. Tania is a lovely person, very friendly and engaging, who really likes what she does. We highly recommend this tourism company, especially Tania.

The tour was well-organized, with a comfortable coach and a friendly, knowledgeable guide. It’s an ideal choice for anyone who wants to see these two Tuscan treasures without the hassle of planning transportation. Highly recommended for foodies and history lovers alike

I’ll preface by saying this was more of a transportation service rather than a guided tour. The team did a great job of moving the group from place to place and establishing where to meet at what time. Once at the locations, you’re paired with a local guide who provides an hour-long tour before you’re given free time to grab a bite or explore the city further. This greatly differed from the other tours on our trip where the guides navigated us through our whole day. This meant we didn’t really get to connect with our leaders for the day, however, since there are little tour options to Lucca and Pisa from Florence, we greatly appreciated their services. Our local guide in Pisa was excellent. She was very humorous and had an extensive knowledge of the city’s history. She was full of fun facts and wit. Our local guide in Lucca was a bit underwhelming. She helped up navigate the city but didn’t have much to say about its history, which was disappointing considering the city seemed full of it.
Your day will begin in Florence, and then you will quickly be en route to the iconic town of PISA!
You can admire the Baptistery, the Monumental Cemetery, and of course - the famous Leaning Tower! Your guide will lead you inside the majestic Cathedral as you learn more about the Romanesque design and mysteries of the city.
When you arrive, a professional guide will meet your group for a fascinating walking tour of Piazza dei Miracoli.
After your walking tour, enjoy some free time for independent exploration! Save plenty of time for fun photos in front of the iconic Leaning Tower, then grab a cappuccino and some souvenirs, and you will be on your way to the next destination - Lucca!
Lucca is famous in Italy for its still-intact medieval walls with huge gates and ramparts! A local guide will lead you through the enchanting old town center, with a portion of the walk along a section of the walls. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Lucca’s skyline from over the rooftops.
You will admire the main attractions of the city, such as the Anfiteatro Square, the Guinigi Tower, San Martino Cathedral, and a stroll along the picturesque streets filled with antique shops.
The tour ends with a BUCCELLATO tasting, a typical Lucchese cake - a famous saying of the Lucchesi (people from Lucca) is, "Those who come to Lucca without eating the Buccellato are as if they had never been there!”
