Meet your guide and small group of no more than 10 people outside Melbourne Visitor’s Centre in Federation Square. After deciding upon your itinerary (depending upon your group’s preferences), grab your camera, and set out to explore the city on foot.
With the help of your guide, a professional photographer, learn more about your camera’s settings and master the basics of composition, aperture and lighting. As you stroll around the city, enjoy plenty of opportunities to practice your newfound skills and get creative as you turn your lens towards Melbourne landmarks such as the Eureka Tower, Melbourne’s tallest building; the futuristic Ian Potter Centre; or the historic St Paul's Cathedral.
As the sun sets over the city, head to the waterfront to admire the dazzling illuminations, and follow your guide to the most striking viewpoints. Discover tips and techniques for shooting in low-light conditions and capturing the city lights, and leave with a memory card full of postcard-worthy images.
After three hours photographing Melbourne, your tour ends back in Federation Square.
Please note: You have the choice of taking a 3-hour night photography tour, or combining it with a 3-hour afternoon photography tour.

Was excited to take this photo tour before even before making the booking. I have to admit, I got more than what I was expecting! Alfonso explained the importance of shooting in manual and the tips and tricks of doing so in low light (night time) photography. He also took the time to show me some of the best spots for shooting the Opera house & Habour bridge, showed perfect examples and walked through his thought process when shooting landscapes. Would highly recommend it to anyone interested.
