The tour included a free admission to the Rome meusem on the following day by showing our tour tickets. That was the plus. The negative: everyone else on this tour spoke German. Our guide, Holger, though friendly, catered to the German speakers. His explanations at each stop were given in German for least 3min. The English version was about 30 seconds. We felt that we were not getting all of the historic details. We have taken several other tours through Tripadvisor, and have always been happy with them. This was disappointing.

This was a very informative tour and we loved our tour guide. She was knowledgeable and didn't need to consult notes. The town hall is closed for renovations though and we didn't know that in advance. Also, trip advisor claims this is wheelchair accessible and it most assuredly is not.

Wonderful tour that covered a lot. Lisa was great in communicating everything on the history of both Augsburg and the Fugger family.

Gudrun our guide had perfect English. She was knowledgeable about the city. Despite the pouring rain our group of four had 2 hours of history walking across the city. We ended at the Fuggerei. We were able to stay in the complex and look at leisure at the end of the tour.
