Overview
At the appointed time, meet your River Mersey ferry at Pier Head, hop aboard, and get settled.
Set off for a loop along the river past many of the city's top sights. Look out for highlights from the Tate Liverpool and Museum of Liverpool to the city's two cathedrals.
As you go, relax and soak in the fresh breezes. The on-board audio commentary provides in-depth narration, and shares the stories behind the sights along the way.
Finally, after roughly an hour on the water, return to the pier, where this tour ends.

Great way to see sites next to Mersey River. Reminds tourists of importance of city as Maritime leader. Also see coal and other industry. See the largest concrete building, the two large cathedrals in the city.

Firstly the weather was stunning so it made our trip that much nicer, we were greeted at the ticket desk by a smiley gentleman with glasses, then at the gate by a man called Danny, he was very informative about the city and recommended multiple things for us to do while we were here for the weekend, on board the ferry the cafe was a little pricy but expected, the sound system isn’t the best but look at the views! Sit on the right hand side of the boat it’s the best, once we got off the ferry the gentleman we spoke too Danny offered my elderly mum a ride in a golf cart up the steep hill which made my mums day she struggles, she felt like the queen waving going up the hill, all in all an amazing experience amazing customer service from the staff they really make the trip worth while! 6* if possible Mersey Ferries
