Choose an afternoon or evening departure, and meet your guide, an expert on Irish whiskey, in central Dublin.
After a brief introduction, head inside the popular Dingle Whiskey Bar, a whiskey tasting haunt dedicated to some of Ireland’s classic whiskeys. Soak in the cozy interior, and get into the spirit of things by tasting Irish whiskeys, all of which are hand-picked by your guide, who is extremely knowledgeable about Ireland’s history and whiskey heritage.
After savoring the whiskeys and swapping notes on their tastes and tones, continue on foot through Dublin's history-steeped streets to another locale where you sip on super-smooth whiskeys paired with Irish cheese, crackers, fruits, and delicious handmade Irish chocolates.
Your tour then ends here when you say goodbye to your guide, leaving you free to continue enjoying Dublin’s hospitality as you wish.

It’s an advanced whiskey tasting. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and went through everything thoroughly and was passionate. The pace is nice, two locations visited and 3 tastings at first 2 at second. Good recommendations and inside information. My only suggestion would be to add micro breaks to the tour, the guide talked for the entire 2.5 hour tour, it would be nice to get a break to process the information and chat and enjoy the snack.

Very well thought out selection of whiskey, each with unique characteristics, so you get a chance to hone in on what to look for when you buy or order.

This was a fun tour. Walked to a couple of different pubs to try about 5 local whiskeys. The food tasting is cheeses and fruits. So don't go hungry!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Whiskey and Food Tasting in Dublin. Our guide was very knowledgeable about whiskey and introduced us to Irish whiskeys that we were unfamiliar with—all very good. The food was tasty, too. It was an intimate group—just two couples, including us, which allowed for questions. We visited two pubs so we had a chance to see areas new to us in Dublin. Our guide was very personable, too. Highly recommend the tour—a good value and a pleasure not being with a large group of tourists. We live in Northern Ireland and go to Dublin regularly, so we plan to take the tour again!
The Lincolns Inn is at the end of Nassau Street beside Trinity College and is surrounded by great restaurants and bars.
We will enjoy 2 premium Irish whiskeys in our very own private whiskey palace in the heart of Dublin.
