Disappointing

Very disappointing. When we got to the Pisa complex, we couldn’t find out how to get our audio guide. We asked someone who worked at the ticket office and another random tour guide who very kindly tried to help. But to no avail. Had to do without audio guide. It would have been cheaper and easier just to get tickets to the attractions. The ticket to the attractions worked fine. But we’d paid for a guide. As a separate issue (nothing to do with YO tours) the staff weren’t overly friendly. Especially the woman in the locker room. Bearing in mind none of us had used the system before, she was rather cross and impatient. The attractions themselves were beautiful and everything was pristine.

Glad that I purchased this combo ticket which provided access to not only to the top of the leaning tower of Pisa but other attractions in the complex such as Cathedral, museum. I really liked that Viator sent me the tickets in advance which let me go to the attractions at the reserved time without having to wait for the tickets. I highly recommend Viator for attraction tickets.

This was an unforgettable experience. Exploring the museums and all the attractions surrounding the Leaning Tower of Pisa made for an incredible trip. Climbing the tower itself was manageable, and the panoramic views from the top were absolutely breathtaking. A must-visit destination for anyone traveling to this region of Italy.
