We did this tour during April , we already had done a walking tour of Paris wth her and learned alot.Went on a full-day trip to Giverny with lunch, the Marmottan Museum, and transfers included. Everything was very well organized and stress-free. We had a lovely time and learned so much about Monet and Impressionism. Neda was excellent—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate.

This tours provide different approaches to a better understanding of Monet art, on the basis of pictorial movements, themes and artistic concepts. We love Monet so it was a great day we saw some of the artist’s masterpieces. Rising Sun”, the work that gave the Impressionist movement its name. Neda took us for lunch after and we saw the gardens too. Merci Neda

As you step inside Monet’s house, imagine it bustling with a stampede of eight children and Claude Monet’s trips between his studio and garden, the atmosphere in the kitchen from early morning when the vegetables arrived fresh from the kitchen garden, people coming home from the market, and friends arriving from Paris.
The magnificent townhouse with its perfectly preserved Empire-style decor was once owned by MR Marmottan and is now home to the Musée Marmottan Monet. In addition to its collection of pre-modern paintings, sculptures and illuminations, it boasts the world’s leading collections of works by Claude Monet and Berthe Morisot. This outstanding Impressionist treasure is further enriched by works from Delacroix, Boudin, Manet, Degas, Caillebotte, Sisley, Pissarro, Gauguin and Rodin, with Chagall representing the modernist period.
The Musée Marmottan Monet, located in Paris, holds a collection of both Impressionist and Post Impressionist Paintings by Claude Monet and other contemporaries of the time. One of the most famous ones is probably Monet's Impression, soleil levant (Impression, Sunrise). It is credited with giving the Impressionist movement its name.
However, if you are a Monet lover — and who isn’t ? this should be at the top of your list. With the largest collection of Monet works
