After initial difficulties with the app, or finding the right app, we were able to launch. Unfortunately, we missed the hint that we need to take the “Explorial” and not the “Viator” app. The service center could not help us after 4 calls and 1.5 hours. We figured it out ourselves. The game settings were super easy to use. The tour provides a quick overview of Augsburg. Unfortunately we missed stations like the Fuggerei or the doll's box. The navigation in the app worked very well, in general the app operation is very easy. After about half the tour we took a break in a café with which the phones disappeared for an hour in our pockets. Continuing to play was possible smoothly afterwards. The quizzes and tasks are nice and varied and offer a playful way to learn new facts. However, some questions could be asked or explained more precisely (e.g. Question at Hercules Fountain: What is the initial viewing direction?) The bottom line is that we liked the tour so we would use it again in other cities.
