Nadine was very kind and knowledgeable, and the tour took us through all the nicest spots in Valletta. However, we didn't like the use of earpieces. Usually, in walking tours, you have times where the group stands in front of the guide and listens to them, and times where you walk quietly and talk amongst yourselves. Because of the earpiece, there was no time for even exchanging a single sentence with my partner, the guide was talking in our ears non-stop. Whenever someone at the front asked her a question, we heard the answer (not the question) in our ears while walking. Whenever Nadine answered a phone call from some late participant, we heard her phone call in our ears. We found the experience a bit irritating, and wished earpieces had not been used, or at the very least wished that Nadine had turned her mic whenever she wasn't standing in front of the group.
