Nancy was a very enthusiastic guide and we were lucky enough to be only 6 of us with her. I could not get tickets to the forbidden city myself as the official website was not working well but this tour managed to get them for me instantly. Highly recommended and definitely worth going around with a guide as I would not have had a clue of what I was looking at otherwise.
