A must to visit when you go to Krakow. It is heartbreaking but it is part of our history and important to see. It is a tour that all generations can benefit from. We got the best advice from Wiktoria from the tour company. She helped plan everything. It was perfect to be picked up at our apartment and the driver was very nice and helpful and made sure we got our tickets and made sure we got in the correct tour line. And in the break between Auschwitz and Birkenau he had a lunch box for us. It was truly an emotional tough day but a day we will never forget.

The driver gave us good tips on the different sights of Krakow along the way. The driver was always on time, gave good directions and was very friendly. The customer service was excellent. Contact with the office was very good and we got information and answers quickly.

Our trip to Auschwitz was booked prior to our stay in Krakow , Poland. There was some anxiety due to the amount of comments I have seen online about last minute cancellations for tours ( not this company but others) however, our Driver Rafal messaged the day before with confirmation of a 8:40am pick up right outside our hotel and turned up at exactly 8:40am!! The journey was very comfortable with having AC on at all times due to it being a very hot day. Rafal was very informative on meeting points after we got out of the mini bus and had a fifteen minute refreshment break before entering ! I'd highly recommend booking with this company as the queue to visit the museum was very long if you were not with a booked trip. Me and my partner throughly enjoyed our trip and although it was heartbreaking to see it is so important to learn and remember the history of the past . At the end of the trip Rafal dropped us right outside our hotel.

The tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was such a deeply moving and educational experience. From start to finish, the tour was extremely well-organized. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and conveyed the history with clarity, respect, and sensitivity. I left the tour feeling informed, reflective, and grateful for the opportunity to learn more about this important part of history. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area — it’s an unforgettable and meaningful experience.
