Worst company EVER!! Had pre booked and prepaid. Supposed to be picked up at 4:45 pm, that’s not when our flight got in, our flight got in as scheduled at 3:50 pm, still waiting til pickup time at 4:45 and contacted them and they said someone was there standing waiting, that was the first lie, then waited and asked every single driver there and none of them were Cancún taxi shuttle, so called back again and he said they would be right there, again another lie after waiting another 15 minutes, finally called back a their time and he must have ran out of lies cause he didn’t answer, called two more times and same thing so sent a text and then asked for reservations once again as I had already given him it the first phone call. Finally at 6:00 pm and having traveled ALL day with a couple little ones someone came from around the corner with a sign with our name on it, then took us over to vans and waited once again! UNBELIEVABLE, nothing about this company is reputable, don’t believe they have been in business 15 years doing it this way, for whatever reason which could have been many all rjey had to do was be honest and I gladly would have just asked for a refund and paid the overpriced prices on the spot for another van. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!! And I usually don’t write reviews, in fact don’t think I have ever taken the time to especially a negative one but did this time so that the next person’s don’t get this kind of dishonest prepaid service!!

We regret for your unpleasant experience. We were at the meeting point, right in front of the welcome bar. We normally monitor the flight to know the time of arrival at Cancun Airport. But due to the amount of work and because you were not in the place indicated, you were told to be in front of the bar to find our coordinator. We were waiting, but since you didn't arrive at the point, my coordinator has several people waiting at that same hour. All our clients who arrive in Cancun have the same information and the coordinator cannot move from the meeting point, people have to go looking for him. We had to move the coordinator to go and rescue you. We tried to get things moving, but the traffic and the number of vehicles took us a long time, but we were able to assist you in time.

Loved the services! Very quick and easy to find on the internet, easy to pay (only $80 round trip to our hotel from the airport) and easy to communicate with the company. They were very nice, I will use this service again! Thank you again.
