- You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages and enjoy them on the Open Air Stage lawn, the garden areas along HC Andersens Boulevard, and on the benches

- Enter Tivoli through the main entrance on Vesterbrogade
- Have your smartphone ticket scanned at the separate ticket desk reserved for annual pass holders
- If you also purchase a ticket to get access to rides at the park, you can redeem your pass at one of the self-service kiosks inside or outside the park.
- Simply scan your barcode, and the kiosk will provide you with your wristband
- You have to download the app for getting access to the digital ride photos after a ride and download them to your smartphone
- There are lockers at the Glyptotek entrance and under the ride _The Demon_
- If you wish to leave and re-enter the park, exit through Tivoli Food Hall and have your hand stamped by the guard
