Sølvberget Library and Cultural Center is a cultural center located in Stavanger, on a hill called Sølvberget. Since 1987, the building has been the city and region's cultural meeting place. With its 15 371 square meters, the building has been filled with many different activities. Today, the cultural center is managed and operated by the municipal enterprise Sølvberget KF. In addition, Odeon cinema, Narvesen, Renaa Xpress Sølvberget and Stavanger Library rent premises in the building.

It was designed by the architectural firm of Lunde & Løvseth Arkitekter A/S and was opened on 20 May 1999. Seen from the sea the museum looks like a small oil platform. The unusual architecture has made the museum a landmark in the Port of Stavanger.
