- Guests will undergo a security check at the entrance of all locations
- Everyone must carry a copy of their passport's identification page on all tours
- Large bags, backpacks, luggage, umbrellas, tripods, strollers, and metal baby carriers are not allowed
- Not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility
- Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early, as the guide cannot wait for latecomers
- Show your mobile ticket to the staff at the meeting point
- Your guide will meet you outside of Café Pierre Hermé ( located near Pont de l'Alma bridge), holding a sign with ''The Tour Guy'' on it
- Reach the meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to departure. Guests who arrive after departure will not be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets will not be refunded
- Photography without the use of flash is allowed in the permanent collection exhibition rooms, under certain conditions. However, photography and filming are strictly forbidden in the temporary exhibition rooms
