I found the experience...

Claudia_L, Aug 2025

I found the experience really nice. Our guide Otilia spoke great Italian and was super prepared about everything! The driver Claudio was also very professional.

Viator failed to notify...

Roger_L, Jun 2025

Viator failed to notify the tour guide that I was coming on the tour. I received no information from Viator as to the name of the tour guide. I showed up at the meeting place and neither tour guide had my name on their list. One of them added me after I showed them my purchase and ticket.

Didn’t turn up!

Charmaine P, Jan 2025

Unfortunately despite being at the agreed location at 7.15am for boarding the bus it either left before the 7:30am departure time or simply didn’t turn up we are on a girls trip & were left stranded at the pick up point at that time of the morning in freezing January weather it is terrible customer service & quite traumatic after a delayed flight the day before we got up extra early to do this experience. My friend who made the booking has a time stamped uber confirmation of our arrival which was where other tour buses were parked ready to leave with their groups so there can be no discrepancy on us being at the wrong location! We received NO information, couldn’t get hold of anyone via phone either. Was absolutely ridiculous! Ruined the beginning of our trip we are now having to plead for a refund & haven’t even received an apology! I would advise using a different company personally. What a shame!
