- In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the number of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the tour.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

- • You can also get picked up from anywhere in Chiang Mai Town. An extra charge will be applied for transfer in some Chiang Mai areas. (To be advised) • Transportation round trip (from hotel in Chiangmai Town area) free for 2 persons per booking. If the client booking only 1 person, the guest must pay an extra fee for a private car to pick up at your hotel in Chiangmai or a waiting list to join with other passengers for our free transport by van. Note: For the private car fee can not refund in case bad weather can not fly • Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time
