We arrived at the meeting point as described 20minutes earlier than scheduled. No sign of the operator or any tuk tuks, I messaged the operator with no response. We waited for 40minutes however no reply from Operator & complete no show from them. Very disappointing as we was really looking forward to this tour

We had booked for a tuktuk tour of Palma some time ago, and the booking was cancelled for obscure reasons... we are very disappointed. It is strange that the activity still seems bookable today... the communication comes down to 3/4words... no respect for the customer Too bad because we dedicate a joy to doing this activity
