Our guide was superb. She understood our handicaps and tailored her itinerary and timing to our specific requirements. Without her expertise and compassion we would not have left Budapest with such wonderful memories.

Booked because it said it includes the castle but it doesn't. Basilica isn't free, St Mathias church isn't free. Didn't get to all the sites due to poor timekeeping.

We had a personal guide whose knowledge of Budapest was exceptional and we would never have been able to navigate the sites of Budapest without her. Knowing about accessibility on public transport to ensuring we could access key sights with my wheelchair where key to our tour and EVA couldn’t have done more. She also had encyclopaedic knowledge about the history of Budapest and the sights we visited We spent about 5 hours covering all the key sights and the tour was excellent value for money
