On the Barefoot Boat you will see Passau from a completely new perspective. On this approximately 75-minute tour you will explore the three-river city up close directly from the water - completely new perspectives will open up. Because the "Bavarian Venice" shows its most beautiful side from the river. And a short detour to the idyllic Bavarian-Austrian Danube Valley is also on the program.
The ship itself is worth a visit in itself: The Barefoot Boat is a collaboration with the actor and entrepreneur Til Schweiger, who has put his unmistakable stamp on the ship in his "Barefoot" style. There is a natural ambience on board, lots of wood, linen and wicker ensure casual comfort. From the spacious sun deck you have a wonderful panoramic view.

Pleasant break between city sightseeing. No big highlights, but nice views of Passau. We love to just let the wind blow around our ears a little bit. So, clear recommendation.

Nice boat, however, you only go back and forth and get hardly any information about Passau and virtually no information what you can see. You either have to sit indoors or in the blazing sun, a few shade spots would be better. We would not recommend the ride.
