An experience that I can only warmly recommend!!! The whole transport service from and back to the hotel worked perfectly despite the rush hour, the balloon and all the equipment presented itself in full safety & inspection, the experienced captain, crew and all the associated staff acted with full knowledge and professionalism, giving all passengers a high level of comfort and safety. And the journey itself and the scenery exceeded expectations! An event of superlatives!
