Our tour guide was Danny L. His passion & drive to share the history & background of the troubles was impressive. He is a skilled communicator & very knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour (& Danny) to anyone who is visiting Belfast.

We were recommended thus by a friend and were not disappointed. Martin was a superb guide. He was well informed and communicated easily with us.- a real eye opener got me. Spent a really informative morning in the company of Dan H who is an outstanding guide. He gave us an introductory talk about the period known as 'The Troubles' before taking us on a tour of the murals, Peace Walls and key historical sites. We asked Dan lots of questions as we went which he answered knowledgeably and with good humour. It was humbling and fascinating to hear the history of this wonderful city, which has been through but survived such a troubled time, from someone who had grown up there and knew the background first hand. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting Belfast. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Danny L was simply the best. You can tell he’s passionate about his job, culture and his heritage. He gave us a non biased tour of Belfast while discussing The Troubles. If you book through black taxis Belfast, you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t request Danny L. You won’t regret it!
