Informative and beautiful trip.

Our bus driver, JFK, was so informative about the San Francisco, Saulsalito, Muir Woods area- we couldn't have asked for anyone better. Muir Woods is worth the trip, and the bus makes access much easier than trying to find parking. I highly recommend..hopefully you'll have JFK as your driver.

Oversold tour and left hanging after a 30 min delay. Wasted time and didn’t make it on the bus cause of room

We showed up a half hour early to the tour. The Big Bus company was disorganized, we were notified that the bus was going to be 15 min late after the scheduled 1:30 departure. The main guy was hustling and offered water to everyone while we waited. While he seemed to be trying after checking everyone in, he should have known that 6 people were not going to be able to get on the bus because they oversold the tour. Waiting another 20 min to not get on the bus. Unfortunately, we were part of the final 6 people. No real apologies offered, a huge waste of time, and still waiting on a refund over a day later… not impressed in the slightest.
