Once we managed to get on the App we successfully located the first 4 clues. It wasn't hard as all we had to do was follow the route on the map. At that point I wanted to use my camera so opened that on my phone. I then tried to go into the App again to continue but all it would let me do is go back to the start, which was very frustrating. After several attempts we gave up and did our own thing. Following the map on my phone was also quite distracting and I felt I didn't get to see everything enroute.

A really good way to get your bearings in the town. We definitely discovered areas of the town we would not have found otherwise. We did it on bikes which was fine- the town is VERY bike friendly. One clue was a little obtuse we felt but we weren't fussed about the timings and points so it didn't matter. Definitely worth the very low cost !

Took our money and failed to deliver. Couldn’t access - no support - refund refused. Booked in good faith - see other reviews - a scam.

The Diocese of La Rochelle (Diocese of La Rochelle and Saintes from 1852) was created in 1648 but the first stone of the new cathedral was not laid until 1742, by which time the architect who drew up the plans, Jacques Gabriel, was dead; the work was supervised, from a distance, by his son Ange-Jacques Gabriel. Although still not complete, it was consecrated anyway in 1784. The structure is a rather bare Neo-Classical one. The cupola has paintings by William Bouguereau, a native of the city.
