Tour driver a no show.

Our driver never showed up. When I called the company, they contacted the driver who they said was “confused” about time. They had no driver available to replace him. I booked and paid two months in advance and called to confirm four days in advance. Tour never happened. Very disappointed. We live in the United States so it is an opportunity lost.

On this occasion, it was not possible to find you guys a suitable replacement, at late notice, which would also have met our high standards of quality control. The immense popularity of our services has led to a high demand in the peak season, and we are therefore now taking steps to rectify the supply and demand quandary by training up more crew members to meet our required standards. We instructed the total refund of your full tour fees immediately on cancellation.

Relaxing way to see Stonehenge

We looked at several tours that went to more sites but wanted to take our time. This tour was just right. Mick picked us up promptly for our hotel and drove us out to Salisbury to see the cathedral. He walked around with us without being overbearing and let us go at our leisure. Always around if we had questions. Afterwards he found a terrific pub for us to enjoy lunch and then on to Stonehenge. Afterwards he drove us the 2 hours back to central London while we napped. Terrific day and fantastic guide.

Amazing tour! Our tour guide Barry was just awesome. So full of knowledge and did everything possible to provide us with comfort. I learn so much in this tour about the history of the sites we got to visit. A must for anyone who travels to London.

We are putting in place some extra special measures for all future tour activities: All our vehicles will be sanitised with disinfectant cleaning by their owner drivers immediately after each service. Presentation stops will be conducted in quiet open air locations – away from crowded hotspots. Driver Guide hosts shall wash and sanitise their hands on a frequent basis throughout each service. Hand sanitiser will be available to all of our guests at all times while on tour. Standard measures which enhance your protection: The transparent partition screen provides a unique private passenger compartment for the passengers. A safe distance exists between guests and their Driver Guide hosts – exceeding the current minimum 2 metres set by government guidelines. The passenger compartment has a separately controlled air-conditioning system.
