A great day trip

Martin M, Sept 2025

Despite the poor weather we had a very informative day thanks to Katalina and Miguel, with many laughs all round. It was good to finally see this part of Mallorca as we’ve wanted to do this trip for a while. Thanks to no-frills

Excellent Tour!

Ruda Y, Sept 2025

Catalina and Fernando are the best tour guide and driver! Valdemossa and Soller are worth visiting. Glad we made it to the tour

Beautiful tour, recommend!!

LightPacker740286, Sept 2025

Probably the best tours I have done thanks to the warmth and professionalism of the staff! We approached the booth where Monika (I hope my memory does not fail me and that is her name) guided us and recommended things to consider for the excursion like trying orange ice cream in Soller and almond Horchata in Valldemossa, or where to eat, even in Palma! Which was not part of the tour but a personal consultation and still gave us a couple of very good recommendations. During the tour we were accompanied by Dori as a guide and Jesus behind the wheel. Both very friendly! Thank you very much Dori for a beautiful experience! Very professional and clear, we learned many interesting facts about the island and every place we pass through. At the end of the tour he took the time to go one by one answering questions, something that I personally never saw from a tour guide before and I found a beautiful detail. The tour is worth a lot, every corner of those places is a photo, Valldemossa I fell in love in every corner and we tried in both places delicious things. I highly recommend this tour.

Decent Trip, But Zero Support When Things Went Wrong

Maxime M, Aug 2025

The trip itself was decent for the price, but what happened to us was quite disappointing and not something we expected. We unfortunately mixed up the meeting time (our mistake, as it was clearly displayed before the break), and when we arrived at 4:45 instead of 4:15, the bus and guide had already left without us. This left us stranded on the other side of Mallorca with no clear way to get back. We eventually made our way home through 4 hours of public transport, several bus changes, extra costs, and a lot of stress. Our guide, Catalina, had everyone’s phone numbers and told us she would have waited an extra 30 minutes for anyone who was late. However, this was not the case, as we were at the meeting point half an hour after the set time and found no one there. More concerning, she never attempted to call us before leaving. When we phoned her—unaware the group had already departed—and asked how we could get back to our hotel, her only response was: “I’m sorry, I don’t know, maybe bus.” With our bag still on the bus and a nearly dead phone battery, this was very unhelpful. Because of this lack of communication and responsibility, I cannot recommend this company. The way they handle their customers feels rather superficial, and perhaps another operator would provide a more reliable experience.

Response from Host, Aug 2025

Dear guest, Let us give you our version, since your review deliberately omits key facts. On this excursion the bus had 55 passengers. Every single person was back at the agreed meeting time of 16:15, clearly announced by the guide and even written on a board — except you. Out of respect for the rest of the group, we waited considerably longer, until after 16:30. At 16:48, more than 30 minutes late, you finally decided to call the guide. So yes, you had her phone number, but you failed to mention that in your review. You also left out the fact that she explained to you how to return to your resort by public bus, giving you the bus number and where to board. It is unfair to suggest you were “abandoned.” The reality is that you were late, and expecting 55 other paying customers to wait indefinitely or for the bus to turn back is a lack of respect towards them. To then blame the guide and company for your mistake, and even post the review under the wrong tour, is both misleading and unjust. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience in Mallorca, we stand by our staff and our service. Responsibility works both ways — being on time is essential in shared group tours. — The Nofrills Excursions Team
