We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the walk through the old town and found your guide knowledgeable, as those personal insights and local stories are an important part of our tours. At the same time, we understand your disappointment regarding the number of tastings and the overall value of the experience. When guests book a ten tastings tour, it’s natural to expect that this will feel both generous and clearly aligned with what’s described. We’re sorry that the structure of the tastings and the balance between food and cost did not meet your expectations, especially when comparing it to other experiences you’ve had. The price of our private tours reflects not only the food itself, but also the private format, the time and expertise of the host, and the curated local experience. That said, we fully understand that the experience needs to feel worth it in practice, and we’re sorry this was not the case for you. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
