I had an amazing experience. The timing on the site wasn’t accurate (it’s earlier during winter time, so it would be nice to update), so I had to miss the end of another tour. I wasn’t happy about it but Phoenix worked with me, and arranged for me to be picked up at the agency. Hakan was very friendly and offered coffee, very lovely to converse with while I waited for my pickup. He said the owners of the ranch were friends of his and really cares for the horses. The ride was through Sword, Rose, and Red Valley. So beautiful and amazing sunset view. We stopped at the top so the horses could have a break and went back down the same way. This was definitely a highlight of my trip. The horses were all female, so they were calm. I really didn’t have to do much at all, they just knew what to do. Great horses and the owner let us feed them some sugar cubes after the ride. Also offered us tea as we waited to be picked up. Very kind people all around.
