We had a wonderful 2-night, 2-day cruise in Ha Long Bay, and overall it was a truly memorable experience. The absolute highlight of this cruise was the team, led by the director Harry, who genuinely went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. You can clearly see how hard they work, always with smiles and a positive attitude. The ship itself is in good condition—clean, well maintained, and comfortable—though it’s not brand new, which didn’t take away from the experience at all. The food was good and satisfying (not over-the-top gourmet, but enjoyable and well prepared), and there was always enough variety to keep meals pleasant over the two days. Cruising through Ha Long Bay’s stunning scenery while being supported by such a dedicated and caring crew made this trip special. The service and hospitality truly stood out and are what make this cruise worth recommending. I would absolutely do this cruise again, mainly because of the fantastic team and the overall relaxed, enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a well-run cruise with great people and beautiful views, this is a solid choice.

The staff and places we visited were wonderful. They went out of their way to make us feel part of their family. The cabins were very comfortable. The activities were varied and well balanced in time. We recommend this cruise.

This trip was an absolute dream come true. Pick up from Hanoi was easy and we were handed over at the Port to our main guide, who took us over to the boat. The boat was beautiful, really good condition, with lots of public space where you could enjoy the amazing views. The food - especially for lunch and dinner, was exceptionally good and varied. Lunch would be a diverse, generous buffet and dinner a multi-course meal with delicious flavours. Be aware if you are traveling solo, you will be given a small individual table of your own at meal times. As an introvert, this suited me, but I think some people may feel a bit self-conscious about this, though of course you can make friends and team-up with others if you are sociable! My cabin was gorgeous - with huge window and little balcony, just as pictured. Also a wall window in the shower. Be aware, when the boat is anchored, local salespeople may row up to right by your window to try to sell local crafts... so your bedroom or shower may not be quite as private as you think - especially if you are on the lower level! The actual sites were incredible - I've never been surrounded by so much stunning beauty, 360 degrees. Mid March, I was lucky with very good weather, though I believe the week before, it had been all foggy. I had been worried it would be over-crowded, but most of the cruising, we had totally clear views or just one or two boats in the distance. At night, all the boats collect in one area, so it's a bit more crowded, and there was one island we visited which was extremely crowded, but mostly we had plenty space to enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. The activities were extremely well organised. I'd say you could fit in the essentials with a one night tour, but the two nights gives you time to relax and visit more sites. Also gives you the better chance of getting a great weather day. We kayaked twice, had two swimming opportunities, visited three very different caves, and climbed to two different stunning view points, and visited some of the 'King Kong' rocks - along with the general cruising. Can recommend this without reservation...
