Very poor experience, not worth the cost. Beware of LocalBini.

Received 3 Whats App messages trying to reschedule our time or replace a guide. Ultimately went on 90 minute tour with a very knowledgeable guide, Etti, but we realized 30 minutes into our tour that she had no idea that we signed up for a photo tour She was not a local photographer or aware of the most Photogenic Spots in Freiburg. She took us to a roof top bar where it was posted no photos, and the mountainside. we basically got 3 different pictures for a cost of Over $80 per picture. Complaints to LocalBini (tour operator) got us a 25% refund but tget were very indignant that we were not satisfied with the way we were treated before & after the tour. NO ACCOUNTABILITY ON PART OF LOCALBINI BEWARE OF TJIS OPERATOR!!!!!

To clarify, this experience was never marketed as a photography tour with a professional photographer. The description clearly outlines what the tour entails, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding on your part. Despite this, we offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, acknowledging that your expectations were not fully met. Regarding your claim of our "lack of accountability," we find this unfair. We communicated with you promptly, kept you informed, and provided a dedicated guide for the full duration of your private tour. The partial refund reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction while recognizing the service that was indeed provided. Leaving such a public comment with negative rating simply because you did not receive a full refund, are unfortunate and seem to indicate an attempt to manipulate the situation rather than an honest assessment of the experience. We stand by the service we provided and our efforts to resolve your concerns. Nonetheless, we respect your decision, though we wish it could have been resolved differently. Thank you for your feedback.
