This is more than just following a recipe — it’s about being part of the process from start to finish.
At The Kitchen, you’ll learn by doing, feeling the textures, working the dough, and watching your Pastéis de Nata come out of the oven golden and warm.
There’s a natural balance between learning and enjoying the moment. You’ll be focused when it matters, but there’s always space to relax, chat, and share the experience with others around you.
We keep the atmosphere small, welcoming, and hands-on, so everyone is involved and comfortable throughout the class.
And then, of course, comes the question we hear all the time:
“Can we save them for tomorrow?”
Our answer is always the same — these are the best Pastéis de Nata you’ll have, because you made them yourself… so eat them fresh.
If you feel like having more tomorrow, you already know what to do — make them again.
That’s exactly how we want you to leave The Kitchen: confident, proud, and already thinking about the next batch.
