Mat, our tour guide, went beyond simply showing us the site—he provided an in-depth history lesson that contextualized the events leading up to what we were witnessing. Itinerary
Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site
After meeting at your hotel, at the memorial site or elsewhere stated It takes no longer than 40 minutes to get from Munich to the memorial. We will spend approximately 3 hours on site ( this can be shortened or lengthened upon request) before returning to Munich using public transportation again. There is a cafe on the grounds where we could stop for a drink or snack if you desire.
