We were a family group of seven adults on a relaxed schedule, and everything went well. Parking was a little challenging in the morning but everything worked out fine. The van was top quality, spotlessly clean and mechanically sound. Our driver, Manuel, was very knowledgeable of local history as well as the general history of the area we visited. He was extremely patient and was an extremely careful and diligent driver. We were able to communicate in English, and he had a cheerful and pleasant demeanor at all times. The first winery we visited was nice, but the second was by far our favorite. The young lady that conducted the tour was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. She gave each person in our group individual attention. It was just a joy to see her enthusiasm about and knowledge of her organic winery. Her presentation was excellent. I would recommend the tour to anyone looking for a relaxed fun day, either with family or a group of friends.

The strongest endorsement any customer can give a business is "return business", and that's exactly what we did; we were staying in Lucca and booked a 1-day tour of Cinque Terre with this limo service. We had such an amazing time and fun with the guide (Manu) they provided that we hired him for the following day to take us to Pisa with a wine tour in Bolgheri along the way. That provided us with another amazing, fun day: incredible food with great wine for lunch at a restaurant within the old city walls of Bolgheri followed by a personal tour and tasting at Villa Noviana. The wines were so outstanding that I ordered a case to be shipped to me back in the US; once again, spending the day with Manu was an absolute delight from start to finish. Not only would I wholeheartedly recommend using this service for ANY of their tours, I will definitely look forward to using them again next time I'm vacationing in Italy
