- From May 5th to 29th, entry and exit for the Palais of the Popes will be through the Benedict XII Gardens, located behind the monument
- During this period, there will be no distribution of histopad tablets, nor will there be the usual locker services or the provision of baby carriers
- Go straight to the ticket desk and show your smartphone ticket
- Please make sure to be on time for your selected timeslot at Palais des Papes. You can visit the bridge either before or afterwards
