A year ago, my sister and I began planning the "trip of a lifetime" for our 87 year old Finnish mom to travel from Minnesota to Finland for the very first time. Needless to say, it had to be an extra special time for the 3 of us to experience together. After some research, I reached out to Paulo. I found him to be extremely responsive and he helped me with everything from which hotel to stay in to ideas for what to do on our other 2 days in Helsinki. We were so happy we booked our tour with him. Paulo is prompt, patient, warm and welcoming. His tour was positive, well organized and informative. Paulo was able to show us all the sights at the right times to minimize wait time and crowds. He took the time to answer all of our questions, take our photos and stop for food. We were able to see a good mix of old and contemporary Helsinki. His passion for being a tour guide and sharing his love for life in Finland showed through. Even after our trip, Paulo continued to be in touch with us. We highly recommend!
