Not Hoppy Tours fault I believe, but we have been let down badly

We did not get to experience the trip. It was cancelled on the day and we were only told when we were in Krakow 16 guests waiting in the heavy rain at the meeting point, only to find no one would ever meet us. I had to call Viator to find out that Hoppy Tours told Viator, but Viator failed to tell us. Not good enough. Money to be refunded, however that is not compensation for the situation. Give me a call to discuss. Simply refunding the exact cost is not enough when you travel to another country, and left waiting

Dave was a gentleman and a scholar, he entertainingly educated us on the process of making beer with a welcoming and charming attitude that was greatly appreciated by all the attendance. I would highly recommend this to any person who wanted to learn how to make beer and it was worth every penny. Do this tour!
Great stag activity.. unlimited beer!

Great experience, enjoyed by all 18 of us on the stag do. Literally unlimited beer that you can pour yourself. Dave was very knowledgeable on the beer making process and up for a laugh. Joined in on our drinking games throughout the day. BBQ provided was plentiful with lots of spare food. This is a great activity to do with friends/stag do! Cheers again Dave.

Had a fantastic time on the brewery tour during our stag do! The atmosphere was lively, the guide was engaging, and the beer tasting was a highlight. A perfect blend of fun and learning about the brewing process. Highly recommend for any group celebration!

You'll meet your guide outside the Hotel Wyspiański, who will then take you to a local brewery. There, you'll enjoy a 3-hour experience filled with drinks and a fascinating insight into the world of microbrewing.
