This isn’t your typical wine tour, you can find those with plenty of other companies.
Instead, this experience offers behind-the-scenes access to the world’s oldest working port wine cellar (we have the key to the vintage room!), paired with generous tastings of iconic Portuguese dishes like Francesinha as you explore Porto’s renowned wine district, Vila Nova de Gaia.
Along the way, enjoy an exclusive port wine tasting. And because that’s just the start, savor local wines and beers thoughtfully paired with each stop.
You’ll venture into hidden food spots and authentic neighborhood restaurants, meeting passionate local owners whose dedication shines through in every bite.

Leo was a fantastic guide! She gave us even more knowledge about Porto and the different foods and drinks than we expected. She was extremely friendly and personable. A genuinely happy person that likes her job. The food and drinks were great and the walking wasn't a chore.

A fabulous experience with Diogo R, great combination of local food, wine and port ! It gave us an insight to local life in Porto and Gaia. The port factory was particular interesting and the tasting was a unique experience and would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Diogo is a great guide. He made the day very fun and informative. The food was great at every stop. I appreciated that he made sure I could always have a tasting that was gluten free.

Start the tour at Jardim do Morro in Vila Nova de Gaia, a scenic hilltop park offering sweeping views of Porto and the Douro River. Perfect for photos, its green terraces and relaxed atmosphere make it a favorite lookout over the city’s iconic skyline.
Start your morning with a traditional local pastry called the Bishop, a puff pastry base covered with sweet egg cream and shredded coconut, paired with a rich espresso. A delightful combo of sweet and bold flavors that captures the essence of Porto’s breakfast culture.
We have the key to the vintage room at Real Companhia Velha, the oldest Portuguese-owned port wine company in existence. We'll unlock it together to enjoy a curated tasting of four port wines: white, rosé, ruby, and tawny. Discover the rich flavors and history of Portugal’s most famous fortified wine in an iconic, centuries-old cellar.
At Mercearia do Bernardino, savor traditional Portuguese flavors with a codfish fritter, rich tomato rice, and a glass of crisp white wine. A cozy spot offering a genuine taste of local culinary traditions.
Dive into Porto’s iconic comfort food with a Francesinha tasting, Porto’s legendary sandwich layered with cured meats, steak, and melted cheese, all smothered in a rich, tomato‑beer sauce. Pair it with a Super Bock beer for a truly local, indulgent experience.
Pass by the vibrant Bordalo II street art, where the artist transforms trash and recycled materials into colorful, larger-than-life animal sculptures. A striking and playful display blending creativity with environmental awareness.
