Confused

We ended up going with the wrong guide even though I showed our ticket. Confused as we had to buy an ABC travel pass which we weren’t expecting for a walking tour. Our guide was lovely but we became confused as we travelled to Wansee, which was not our itinerary! Shame about the meeting arrangements as we feel we have wasted our day because of this. Please not the guide was great but not the right tour.We have rebooked to try again tomorrow…

Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable guide but the commentary was a little heavy going, and not all the places described when we booked, were visited . Also very unclear when we booked that this was a booking fee only, and we would have to pay substantially more ( in cash!) on the day.

We booked a tour but the tour guide didn't appear.

We booked a tour Tuesday 10-03 but the tour guide didn't appear. We tried to get in contact with them using de phone number in the website but they dint pick up the phone and they also didn't receive our whatsapp's. They replied us 12 hours later and they said that the tour guide contacted us but that wasn't true. There was another guy there waiting and he couldn't get in contact with them also. Very annoying and also not profesional (we plan our day around the tour). Everyone can understand if a tour has to be canceled for any reasons but they must told the clients.

Guide, no show. Done a free walking tour that was exceptional. Would not book with Viator again. Would expect a refund.
