Rosmery G, Sept 2025
The tour was clearly oversold, too many people compared to what was promised. The place felt overcrowded and, to make the experience worse, the bathroom didn't work, which was quite uncomfortable for everyone.
Response from Host, Sept 2025
Hello, First of all, we sincerely apologize for your negative experience and are truly sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations. Our tours are designed to provide a luxurious and comfortable experience for all our guests. On the day of your participation, the yacht, which has a capacity of 40 people, hosted only 23 guests. Therefore, it would not have been possible for you to remain without a seat. After you reached out to our sales support team, they immediately assisted you on board, and despite this, we still offered you a refund due to your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, we have not received any response regarding this matter. We do, however, understand that your review may have been influenced by your seating preference and a prior conversation with the captain regarding stepping on the sun loungers with shoes, which is not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons. Regarding the restrooms, the yacht is equipped with four in total. While one may have been temporarily unavailable, the other three were fully functional and available for use. Following your review, we contacted all other guests who joined the same tour on September 2nd. None of them reported any negative experiences. It is important to note that this is a shared tour, not a private one, and therefore, there are certain rules that must be respected to ensure the comfort of all passengers. While we always strive to accommodate our guests’ requests, it is unfortunately not possible to fulfill every individual demand in a shared setting. Once again, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience you experienced and thank you for sharing your feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve our service.

Try to find other suppliers. Our guide was so not informative. She barely gave out any information. They only had white wine, so the red wine drinkers were out of luck. And the toilet was not functioning.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet our expectations. We will be following up with our guide regarding the lack of information provided, as our goal is to make each tour not only enjoyable but also enriching. White and red wine are available on board, but it may run out that day. We will be more vigilant in this regard. Unfortunately, despite our constant reminders to customers, they throw toilet paper, which causes the toilet to clog. We will inform the staff to be more careful about this. We greatly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve and provide a better experience for our future guests.

This tour is a beautiful and relaxing way to take in Istanbul’s iconic skyline, and the sunset was absolutely stunning. If you’re looking for a formal, information-heavy tour, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re after a laid-back evening on a comfortable boat—with generous drinks, tasty snacks, and breathtaking views—this is perfect. My only suggestion for the crew would be to consider slightly more professional attire, rather than gym gear, to better match the premium feel of the experience. That said, this was a very minor detail and didn’t take away from what was a truly enjoyable evening.

Ortaköy is one of Istanbul's favorite districts with its beautiful and colorful bazaar and lively atmosphere located in the triangle of the magnificent mosque, mosque, church, and synagogue, situated under the European foot of the Bosphorus Bridge.
It is claimed that the oldest known name of the district, which is thought to date back to the pre-Christian era as a small fishing village, is Hallai, a corrupted form of the word Skallai (piers) written in various ways (Challae, Chilai, Khile) in various sources.
The Rumeli Fortress, which is a magnificent structure with its three big towers and city walls, is located opposite the Anadolu fortress at the point where the two shores of the Bosphorus are at the very closest point.
Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge is the suspension bridge between Kavacık and Hisarüstü in Istanbul, connecting Asia and Europe for the second time after the Bosphorus Bridge.
Anadoluhisarı was built between 1393 and 1394 on the commission of the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid I, as part of his preparations for a siege on the then-Byzantine city of Constantinople.
Constructed on an area of 7,000 square metres (1.7 acres), the fortress is situated at the narrowmost point of the Bosporus, where the strait is a mere 660 meters (2,170 ft) wide.
Kucuksu Pavilion (Küçüksu Kasrı) located in the area between Küçüksu and Göksu streams in the Bosphorus, dates back to the Byzantine period. Küçüksu was one of the sultan’s private gardens during the Ottoman period. It is known that Murad IV. (1623-1640) loved it and called it “Silver Cypress”.
Beylerbeyi Palace, which has an impressive structure with its wooden carving and gold embroidery workmanship, is one of the most spectacular buildings in Istanbul.
One of the most romantic symbols of Istanbul, the Maiden's Tower was restored in 2000 and started to serve as a restaurant. Üsküdar coastal boats reached the island in 5 minutes to offer marriage to the girl, became one of Istanbul's customs. There is no need to eat in the restaurant to visit the Maiden's Tower, you can only see the Maiden's Tower by paying the toll on the boat.
The Galata Bridge is a bridge that spans the Golden Horn in Istanbul, Turkey. From the end of the 19th century in particular, the bridge has featured in Turkish literature, theater, poetry and novels. The current Galata Bridge is just the latest in a series of bridges linking Eminönü in the Fatih district and Karaköy in Beyoğlu since the early 19th century. The current bridge, the fifth on the same site, was built in 1994.
The Haliç (also known as the Golden Horn) is the sea recess that separates the Istanbul (Historical peninsula) and Beyoğlu plateaus, at the entrance to the Bosphorus, at the southeast end of the Çatalca Peninsula, which covers the European side of Istanbul. The Arabic word estuary, which is the geomorphological name of the structure formed by the invasion of a part of the river bed reaching it by the sea, has become a special name since the Ottoman period, due to the importance of the Istanbul estuary for the city, and has become the name of a city region covering many districts.
Built in 528, the building was built as a lighthouse, which dominated the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn, but was also used as a term dungeon.
According to a legend; If the Romans, for the first time together, come to the Galata Tower, a man and a woman marry each other. But if one of the couples went to the Galata Tower before, it is believed that this amulet would be broken.
